Please clarify the statement "Jerzy Makarczyk was appointed as a judge from Lithuania" - if he's Polish by citizenship, he could not be appointed from Lithuania. If he has Lithuanian citizenship state this clear.Lokyz (talk) 21:39, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
