Early career
[edit]I've trimmed out the unrelated content. The first paragraph could use some inline cites. --NeilN talk to me 19:21, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
It seems to me that a lot has been cleaned out about his appointment to Adjutant General, lack of federal recognition, and unrelated "scandals." These are relevant to the Guard and certainly appropriate for this page. -- 73.54.194.179 (talk) 19:50, 23 November 2015 (UTC)
To editors of this autobiography (Jim4uga is Jim Butterworth), I'm unsure how this page should be updated. Butterworth is no longer the agency head of Georgia Emergency Management Agency. He was removed by Governor Deal during Hurricane Matthew. Should the opening sentence be updated to "Jim Butterworth was appointed the Director of the Georgia Emergency Management Agency from January 2015 to December 2016 by Governor Nathan Deal." Perhaps state that he is now working in the private sector? [1] TissueTiger (talk) 21:08, 27 March 2018 (UTC)
