I think the sections in this article do not follow the typical divisions of an article about a person. These are the changes I suggest.

The section heading 1. Life should be removed.

1.1 Mandelberg seeks training should be divided into two sections. 1. Early years and 2. Training

1.2 He comes to Paris should be 2.1 Paris

1.3 Subsequent training in Rome should be 2.2 Rome

1.4 Career in Copenhagen should be 3. Career
