Controversy over non-reappointment[edit]

The decision of the governor not to reappoint Justice Wallace set off a political storm that is still going on, but which is not reflected at all in this article. I have found a number of different sources that could be used to write a new section, but I just don't have time right now to write it. In order to preserve these links and give someone else a chance to write it up if they have a chance, I have listed them below. A couple of them are blog posts (so they may not be considered reliable sources) and one is (at least arguably) a primary source, but the rest are newspaper articles, so I think there is enough here. (Of course anyone can go find other sources as well, if they wish.)

If the next governor is a Democrat, maybe s/he can help try to pass a bill "compensating" Judge Wallace for the time he "missed", retroactively paying him, and exempting the compensation from state income tax. He did his job! 50.79.178.157 (talk) 15:56, 23 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Removed excessive links to court decisions[edit]

It would be OK to have one link to a webs site that lists all of the subjects decisions but having a list of 30 links in the article violates WP:EL
