From looking at 'what links here', they seem pretty equal, with the VC recipient having a few more. However, have a look further into it and see if that is a true reflection, it isn't always. Boleyn2 (talk) 07:30, 22 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That doesn't clinch it. The actor was well known in Scotland for several years. While I have no wish to belittle the VC's courage, hundreds of people have won the VC, this was from the Crimean War with nothing out of the ordinary. PatGallacher (talk) 10:42, 22 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
