Although we have identical birth and death dates and places, I find it hard to believe that these two guys are the same person. There is no mention of Jenkins playing league in any books I have, and he was still representing London Welsh in 1911. Not only that but he was a committee member of Middlesex and played for the county in 1926 when he was 46. There is no way he would have been allowed to return to Union after playing league, and if he did return from pro-rugby it would be a major reference point in many books.
