If the argument is that the Footballer is the most notable John O'Shea (which I would dispute, since I've heard of none of them), then the footballer page should be moved here rather than the page redirecting there. If anyone disagrees, move the disambig page back to John O'Shea (disambiguation), move the footballer page to John O'Shea, and put a note on top of the footballer page directing searchers to John O'Shea (disambiguation).
