Page move

Spence's major achievements came as a scientist - his appointment to the senate reflected this achievement. If no one objects, I will move this page to John Spence (scientist) because (a) it's more in keeping with who he was (an Independent Senator is supposed to be a non-politician) and (b) it's shorter.
