Educated at University College Dundee?[edit]

Despite what is stated here I am doubtful that he was educated at University College Dundee as he is not listed in the book which gives graduates of University College, Dundee 1897-1947. There does not seem to be a citation for this (the Times article cited gives details only of his marriage). Is there a source that says he was educated at Univeristy College?
