Bungaree

[edit]

I have edited this page to remove the link to the Bungaree page as it currently stands. The "well known" Bungaree of that page died in 1830.

Someone with an interest might like to update this page to add that "Bungaree the Pugilist" died as a result of injuries from the fight with John Broome.

Details can be checked at http://trove.nla.gov.au Search for "The Sydney Gazette and New South Wales Advertiser" 13/10/1842 page 3(?) Section headed "Death of Bungaree the Pugilist".

Someone might also like to update the Bungaree disambiguation page, to add in the known sons using the same name. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 220.245.174.118 (talk) 03:26, 10 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
