Contested deletion

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because the US Air Force biography used to begin the article is not copyrighted material. Further, the template for this article was that of Lt Gen Robert Elder, which was heavily based on his official Air Force biography. A quick search revealed a dozen+ other military officers whose wiki pages were all or in part based on official military biographies. Also, in short order other additions to this article will emerge to bolster this piece.
