adding pages to enable linking makes it easier to know who is being cited, and what authority they have. I think it's functional, even for youngish, early-career academics like this one. Especially true when they highly distinctive names, like: Hill.ShulMaven (talk) 17:22, 4 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
