From article

  • Anderson, Eva Greenslit Dog-Team Doctor: The Story of Dr. Romig, 1940 (ISBN 0-342-40799-7 Parameter error in {{ISBN}}: checksum Please check ISBN|Calculated check digit (6) doesn't match given.}})

cannot locate this isbn. predates isbn process.

Source of the ISBN is Alibris:

http://www.alibris.com/books/isbn/0342407997/Dog%2Dteam%20doctor%3B%20the%20story%20of%20Dr%2E%20Romig

I can't find one either, I've searched Alibris, Abebooks, Amazon, Bookfinder, British Library and Library of Congress, I can find no ISBN for this book. There appears to be a copy printed in 1990 on sale (same copy on Abe and Alibris), but it says first ed signed by Romig, so this is almost certainly a typo for 1940. Since the ISBN is invalid I am removing it for the moment. If you can find that copy on Alibris again, it would be interesting, may be there was a reprint, but I found no sign. P.S. Now I see the ISBN in the URL. Rich Farmbrough, 22:44 15 January 2007 (GMT).
