Chronological Order of Events

[edit]

A timeline feature for the article indicating the temporal order of events would be appreciated.

Motives

[edit]

Did the court unearth any motive for the murders or was it just a case of one deranged leader (Jakkal) having a total control over a group of barely out of teens followers?

Heinous Modus Operandi and Public Outrage

[edit]

The heinous nature of the modus operandi of the gang i.e. stripping the victims naked to prevent them from escaping prior to murdering them repeated in the murder of Achyut Joshi and the Abhyankars grandson and granddaughter caused huge public outrage at the time. It also intensified pressure on the public to find the criminals. The inappropriate and abhorrent nature of criminal behaviour should not be bowdlerized to meet subjective standards of public decency and acceptability. — Preceding unsigned comment added by YH1975 (talkcontribs) 08:24, 9 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
