On January 31, 2018 Secretariatmanowar created a more complete article than this one. On February 1, 2018, Joe Decker declined the submission. It is now in review, which review m8ight take two months. The subject of this article, in my view is notable. Secretariatmanowar supplied sufficient references to demonstrate notability.
My suggestion for this article is two steps: (1) review and approve the version created today [done], then (2) copy the latest version in the history of Draft:Joyner v. Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity to the mainspace article. It is more complete. I saved a copy in my sandbox; it is substantially all the work of Secretariatmanowar, so there are no copyright problems. Rhadow (talk) 14:24, 3 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
No concerns here. The version of the Draft I reviewed is enormously different than the version that exists now, Secretariatmanowar extended and sourced it extensively after my decline. --joe deckertalk 21:08, 3 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
