error: place of Grave of Fonseca

In article is said that his grave is in the Church of Santa María la Mayor en Coca in Segovia, But on the picture is his grave with explanation that the grave is in Collegiate church of Santa María la Mayor in Toro, province of Zamora. After checking some sources it looks that the 1st place (Coca) is right. Could someone to correct it, please ?
