Stray Comments

[edit]

Where she was born? Im not sure she is real, could be a figment of all our imagination, after reading her latest commentery about the President.Im not sure if she knows what is reality or if she is just dreaming her whole life up?--71.138.169.74 (talk) 05:55, 8 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Does anyone know when she was born?

Not a clue... but is this the place for a confession of strange attraction?

It's not that big a deal to want to know a little about an individual's place or birth, upbringing, education I think. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.127.95.99 (talk) 18:02, 10 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Does anyone think it might be appropriate to add a note distinguishing Warner from Judith Miller (the NYT reporter who has been widely reviled for her less than accurate reporting on the threat Iraq posed to the US before the 2003 invasion)? Every time I read a piece by Warner, I have to look her up to remind myself that she and Miller are two distinct people. R0m23 (talk) 17:14, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This article needs some major alterations. It tells very little about her non-professional life. For example: When and where was she born? Where did she do her schooling? Political affiliations, social activism, hobbies? Anything about her husband and family? All this article does is tell what she has written and what does professionally. This could have -- and might have -- come from the About the Author section on the back flap of one of her books. Poldy Bloom (talk) 18:41, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Major US news/political figure of this decade vs. BLP scare

[edit]

Came here after an especially irritating op ed piece by this author apparently appears on the front page of the NYT. SFAICT this is the same individual about whom there was much controversy in various activities related to the start of the Iraq war and the media involvement in same. If not then a disambig is called for Lycurgus (talk) 11:13, 8 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, sorry didn't see at first in the unstructured mess above that I was confusing this individual with Judith Miller, thought she looked too young :) Lycurgus (talk) 11:20, 8 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
