Jugged and civet
[edit]I made some small alterations to the text to clarify that "jugged" is not the same thing as "civet", though the results with modernised versions of the recipes for jugged hare and civet de lièvre may not be a million miles apart. I added an image of Hannah Glasse's recipes for Jugged hare and Hare civet, which are different. Andrew Dalby 14:24, 10 June 2021 (UTC)
