Notability criteria I've removed the template message about notability, because reading this it is apparent that Cruikshank meets the academic notability criteria:

  1. 3 The person is or has been an elected member of a highly selective and prestigious scholarly society or association (Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada)

also #2, with regard to the honours for her book " Do Glaciers Listen?"
