Title

[edit]

Surely this title is wrong: it should be either Königsberger Klops (in the singular) or Königsberge Klopse (in the plural). Deipnosophista (talk) 20:25, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

No. The actual noun is Klopse (dumplings, or in this case meatballs) here, which as you rightly say, is the plural and would be Klops in the singular. These are described in more detail with the indeclinable word Königsberger, which means "from Königsberg". So, the whole put together means "meatballs from Königsberg" or, more accurately translated, "meatballs Königsberg style". You wouldn't say "meatballs Königsberg styles" in English either.--138.245.1.1 (talk) 10:32, 17 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Main Picture

[edit]

Could someone please search for a good picture for this dish? The first picture there is so bad, meaning that the plate is so ugly through lacking herbs and side dishes, such as more than one potato or salad. Seeing the dish like this you would never want to taste it. Cronitor (talk) 14:01, 29 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
