Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on K. J. Somaiya Institute of Engineering and Information Technology. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Suggestions for cleanup

[edit]

I'm about to tag the article as needing general cleanup. I've just done a fair bit myself, but I more typically do micro edits, not really any larger rewriting. Specific suggestions

  1. Campus activities section should be made into prose.
  2. Awards, approvals, etc are listed in both the lead and in rankings and achievements. Unless one of these is super notable, they should only be listed in the awards section. Rankings typically shouldn't be mentioned at all, unless they're especially notable. They all need be be supported by a source that isn't published by the Institute itself.
  3. The placements section just seems like a big boast. Surely this would be more appropriate as one line at most under Campus activities, and even then I would tend not to include it because that's a pretty basic thing that institutions do. Unless, again, it's super notable.
  4. There are so many unexplained acronyms used. Such as ISRO, NBA, DTE. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Xurizuri (talkcontribs) 08:49, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
