List of owners over the years

[edit]

Based on info compiled online (and with the intent of beefing up this stubby article), I've put together a (imperfect) list of owners:

1987-1996: Shamrock Broadcasting (the station broadcast on 105.3 FM and 1280 AM at this time; 1280 later split and became a separate station; at some point KXKL moved to 105.1) 1996-1999: Chancellor (through liquidation of Shamrock's assets) 1999-2000: AM/FM (rename of Chancellor) 2000: Clear Channel Communications (in the interim) 2000-2005: Infinity Radio (radio arm of Viacom) 2005-present: CBS Radio (reversion of name from Infinity)

If anyone with any more info comes forward, this could be added to the article. WizardDuck (talk) 21:38, 16 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
