Just saw this film today, and couldn't stop myself from writing about it.Fanofbollywood (talk) 20:11, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Use of image File:Kamla movie still.jpg[edit]

The image File:Kamla movie still.jpg used in the article is a non-free image and is added to wikipedia under the fair-use claim. Wikipedia:Non-free content writes policies applicable for such images. Point 8 speaks about Contextual significance as "Non-free content is used only if its presence would significantly increase readers' understanding of the topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding." The current state of article does not thus justify use of this image. Hence it was removed by me so that it can be deleted from here. §§AnimeshKulkarni (talk) 08:36, 6 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The objective was and always is to encourage contributions, especially to beautiful cinematic masterpiece that, Kamla, was. That image in my understanding provided the movie a pivotal change, and hence I think it is apt to add that to the article. Let me know your opinion, a healthy discussion is always good.Fanofbollywood (talk) 11:38, 7 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
But the current article does not show how important this scean was. You might want to expand the article. §§AnimeshKulkarni (talk) 11:48, 7 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Really occupied as of now, can't. Though presence of image might have encouraged others. Yet, if you feel image is uncalled for, then I won't oppose the deletion.Fanofbollywood (talk) 12:23, 7 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
You can expand the article when you have time. No harm in adding it again later on. §§AnimeshKulkarni (talk) 13:08, 7 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
