Ludwig Dindorf

The claim that Ludwig Dindorf "never held any academic position" needs a citation from a trustworthy source, as the German-language Wikipedia article on Dindorf states that he briefly held a professorship at Leipzig, before voluntarily abandoning his chair in order to concentrate on his philological research.
