Same question, new reason - The site and package itself don't appear to have been updated for a while and Ubuntu's not shipping it by default with KDE4. Has development ceased? If so that kind of sucks - KDE4 is mind-blowingly well produced, but it certainly loses a good deal of keyboard points from this loss. MrZaiustalk 02:24, 13 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
As far as I can tell, Katapult has been depreciated in favor of krunner in kde4. There will most likely be no further development on katapult as krunner essentially implements everything katapult did (and then some), and kde3 is depreciated in most distributions.
