Assessment[edit]

It stops at 2012; needs to be brought up to date. Robinvp11 (talk) 14:30, 7 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

What did they have in the inventory at the time of gaining their independence?[edit]

Kazakhstan was one of the signatories of the Budapest Memorandum where they gave up their nuclear weapons and delivery systems. I read elsewhere that they had bombers that they didn't want or need. They traded the bombers back to the Russians for more fighter aircraft. What type of bombers did they have? Were they all Bears or were there some other types in their inventory at the time? 2600:1700:A9B0:527F:EDE1:B447:E43:A72D (talk) 07:32, 5 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Inventory table format[edit]

Refer to last edit by Абылай Кенжетайұлы, please find below my comments:

  1. I dont know about Russion WP, but in English WP, we have longstanding consensus for inventory table format, which not include images into the table. If you want to change this, then you should seek new consensus to for new format.
  2. Also on your last edit, you introduced error table, which makes the table looks unaligned.
  3. On that edit, you also used Military Balance 2016 as reference. Since today is 2024, so it really was outdated reference
  4. You also put <ref name=":4" /> as reference for some aircraft, but it was not defined and create reference error
  5. For "Notes", we generally only used it to put short information, not more detailed information such as upgrade plan, details of modernization plan, detail on sale information. Please note that I am not saying you can not put those information in the article. Per WP:WHENTABLE, it'll better if you put those as a prose in the article not into the table.
