Neutrality[edit]

It's better now, I removed it after editing the lead to make clear that the "privatisation" is an opinion not a fact. Others dispute that it is being privatised and it would help to have that contrary view expressed in the article. Philafrenzy (talk) 14:12, 29 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
