Converted stub to (preserved) full article[edit]

This article was an incomplete stub about to be deleted. So, I replaced it with a full-article version that was being preserved on a talk page of user Sethie. I believe Sethie's version may be the original version of this article as it appeared before it was AFDed some years ago. Merge proposal[edit]
