The channel to be to the west from Tuzla Island. The territory to the west from Tuzla Island is Ukraine https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/398748747 Therefore the channel has to is designated as the Ukrainian territory under control of Russia (watch those the Annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation ).
