Talk:Kevin Sheekey

I started this page as due to the recent coverage of him in the press about his help with Bloomberg's presidential run I thought it would be interesting. I could use some help cleanign this up and I hope this does not get taken down.Dfs3 (talk) 00:14, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Updating for current position

[edit]

I work for Bloomberg L.P., and while we would appreciate an independent editor updating this page, I am updating to add Kevin Sheekey's most recent career move, from the NYC mayor's office to the private Bloomberg L.P. I will use independent sources and cite them in the update. If anyone has any questions/problems I invite you to contact me directly (see contact info on my User Page. Update

[edit]

This is true. Kevin Sheekey now works for Bloomberg LP. There should also be something about him managing Bloomberg's bid for a third term. I will be adding those changes to this page. Article Revisions

[edit]

As discussed on the WP:COIN, my contributions to this article represent a COI as I am affiliated with Bloomberg L.P. As such, the edits that were just made in this revision were only made after review by an outside editor User:mabdul.

Major edits include replacing the "Education" and "Career highlights" with more descriptive titles "Personal life and education" and "Professional career," adding an infobox and incorporating citations throughout the article.

I'm working to obtain a non-copyrighted photo of Sheekey to add to the infobox. I welcome any additional input to continue to improve the article. Ordwayen (talk) 19:42, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, in my eyes did Ordwayen a good job with this new copyedit, at least the (former) article was bad written. mabdul 19:54, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
