Proposed redirect to List of Houston Independent School District schools

The only two "out of the ordinary" events related to this school are the mold-related issues and the cheating-related issues. The coverage listed in the article is all local, which is what one would expect of any school which had such issues.

If this went to AFD, I believe it would fail.
