@Lajmmoore: We can use freely-license media that are uploaded to the Wikimedia Commons (see c:COMM:LICENSING) and in rare cases when we really cannot replace an image with a free alternative (e.g. a book cover or a historically-significant image such as on Tank Man), we have criteria for fair use. ―Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 20:41, 17 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Koavf: Thanks for the comments! There isn't an image I could find of her on Commons, and the images e.g. on the Sahrawi Women's Union, specify use on that page only. I'll keep looking, but please do let me know! I guess because she's alive Fair Use isn't possible. (Lajmmoore (talk) 11:21, 18 December 2019 (UTC))[reply]
