I am Rahman Amiri, the person in charge of adding new material to the website: www.kermanshahmiras.ir. which is a site belonging to Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization of Kermanshah.If you go to the English Home page of the site at www.kermanshahmiras.ir/la_site/index.asp you could see my name, email and so on in "about us". Unless this site has more history associated with it than listed here, I think it should be part of the existing article on Kermanshah. Please read WP:NOTE and WP:LOCAL
