Rules questions

I don't know the game - can the people kneeling down tag the dodgers - or is it only the chasers that can tag people?

at the end of the field section someone has written It is very difficult game the player is dengerious

Is that something particular or a typo? Perhaps they meant to say - it can be very dangerous with a high risk of minor injuries to the players ?

Any chance of a photo of some people playing the game?

I see the equipment section says this The equipment used in Kho- Kho are posts, strings, measuring tape (metallic), lime powder, wire nails, two watches, two types of rings having inner circumference of 30 cm and 40 cm, score shots (like a whistle, for instance), and some stationery to write results etc.

I'm not quite sure what it's all for - as it's not described in the article.

I'm guessing that the lime power - is basically chalk for marking out the court (using the measuring tape)? Is paint sometimes used - or do people need to know if you have touched a line ?

The poles are fairly clear - as is a referee with two watches, a whistle and some means to keep score.

What are the 'wire nails' required for? What are the two 30cm or 40cm metal rings for ? What is the string required for - is it for marking out the lines ?
