[edit]this stub has a potential for expansion if merged with Leninobad Khujand region of Tajikistan. It apparently talks about the pro-Uzbek Leninabad regional faction that had dominanted Tajik politics until 1992 then lost the struggle to Kulyab region. Potentially important entry if reconstructed within a larger, more comprehensible context. The usage of the term clan is anthropologically unfortunate.cs 17:45, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
