[edit]

There seems to be a lot of BLP issues with this article. The line "Police Chief Frank Pane made false statements that Carman Reale..." is not sourced. False is a very strong word, especially since there is not a reference indicated. "No acts of racism by the Geneva Police have been reported since these two 2014 events." is also a problem since it is saying, without reliable sources by the way, that this act by Carman Reale was based on racism. When dealing with a living person we need to be very careful not to claim something in Wikipedia's voice that is not backed up by very reliable sources. What?

[edit]

Later in 2014, The newly elected mayor Ron Alcock was given the assignment of appointing a judge, replacing the judge which served when Jackson died. Alcock said the new judge is "fair and honest in his opinions."

What does that mean? Besides the poor writing and complete lack of citations in this article, the above statement has no connection to the article. Is he saying that the previous judge was not "fair and honest" in his opinions? Where is the previous judge mentioned elsewhere in the article? I'll give it a couple days for someone to correct it. If not, I'm going to delete that paragraph. Thanks. Primium mobile (talk) 18:52, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
