[edit]

What is the source for Kim's last location being the site of the nuke detonation in Season Six?

In season five she and her therapist/boyfriend made mention of living in Valencia; where the nuke hit in season six. Might be a little off on the details, but there you go.

Merger proposal

[edit]

This the most off-base merger suggested. I am amazed. I should not even have to say why Kim Bauer is extremely notable on the show. She is Jack's daughter. She appeared in nearly every episode of the first three seasons, was a main cast member for those seasons, always having an incredible impact on the plot. Her appearance in Day 5 was an emotionally wrenching experience for Jack. She has appeared in 72 episodes out of 144, the fifth-longest running character. She is not minor.--Phoenixfan 16:25, 29 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I’ll back this statement up 100%. Kim is Jack’s daughter and the most important character on the show for him. Wanting to relegate the character to “minor” status is just ludicrous. There is no justification for this being done and is a clear abuse of the tag system. --MiB-24 (talk) 06:40, 30 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

KEEP She is too important to merge into the minor agents section - she was a leading character for the first 3 seasons, and may return again. The Young Ones 08:18, 1 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think a better plan would be to split this article. One for Kim and one for The Mountain Lion! 198.6.46.11 (talk) 20:16, 19 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
She was a main character for 3 seasons, a guest star for another one, and now we learn she is returning for the seventh! Shes a main character, shouldnt be deleted!

Kim's age

[edit]

This article states that she was born in 1987. As the First Season started in 2001 that would make her 14 at oldest. Surely this can't be right, she looks and acts likes someone in the last year of high school? Cls14 (talk) 10:45, 15 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Dunno. According to 24 Wikia, she was born 16 years prior to Day 1 - but there's a book at the local library (24: The House Special Subcommittee's Findings at CTU) which has biography info like date of birth - so I'll check it out. Steven Zhang Get involved in DR! 15:03, 15 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The season 1 Wikipedia page states it is set in 2002 because "Alexis Drazen's file at CTU his date of birth is January 1967 and on the secret service file his age is printed as 35. So that would indicate that the first season is set in 2002". This implies that Kim is 15 in Season 1. Still seems a little low to me. At the end of the day it's not all that important but I like to make sure things are right :-) Cls14 (talk) 12:05, 16 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Reception

[edit]

This article needs a subcategory for critical and/or audience reception. RobThomas15 (talk) 16:33, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed. In case someone wants to start one, in the deletion discussion a number of source for such a section came up. Daranios (talk) 20:12, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
