Kinderhook River[edit]

@Famartin: Greetings! Regarding this revert: it doesn't show up on a text search, but the map on the cited page (4) reads "Kinderhook River Basin" under "HUDSON Drainage System" in pink. -- Beland (talk) 16:23, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Its so minor that I would guess its an error in the document. Given that the rest of the document lists Kinderhook Creek, I think "Kinderhook River" should not be mentioned unless you find a second source. Famartin (talk) 18:20, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Actually I'll revise that comment: Its not an error, but all basins are called "river basins" even if the name is "creek" etc (you won't see anything called "creek basin"). So its just a format issue and has nothing to do with what the stream is actually called. Famartin (talk) 18:43, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Famartin: I think you're right; a quick web search doesn't turn up other sources that use "Kinderhook River". Thanks for the second set of eyes on this! -- Beland (talk) 02:16, 19 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
