Merger proposal[edit]

Bentham[edit]

I've removed all reference to Bentham being one of the 'founders' of UCL (he wasn't). I've also deleted the section which claims that KCL students used Bentham's mummified head as a football - this is another of the big Bentham myths. The head is extremely fragile - hairs fall out of it whenever it's moved even slightly, and it would disintegrate following any kind of impact.
