Conflict of interest

[edit]

User:Trumankemp (talk) has repeatedly removed cited material on Tower Hamlets Council's official position.

I'm an independent editor, with no axe to grind. I don't work for Thames Water or any other organisation connected to the project. The park is notable and the debate over the tunnel works is notable, which is why I created the article. By all means add to it, but don't delete cited material and references without explanation.

Please read Wikipedia's policies WP:Neutral point of view and WP:Conflict of interest before your next edits. - Fayenatic (talk) 13:14, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Oops, on the second occasion I also reverted cited material by mistake, although I'm not sure that Facebook is a good source; see WP:PSTS. - Fayenatic (talk) 14:08, 1 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I have an interest in the park as a local person. But no more than that.... Gordo (talk) 21:58, 4 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Shadwell Park or King Edward VII Memorial Park?

[edit]

I grew up in the area, and we always called it Shadwell (or Shaddy) Park. I notice that in the text of the article it says "The importance of King Edward VII Memorial Park for the locals is shown by the number of memorials in the park. Shadwell Park is so dear to the communities around it that many people choose to have their memorials there."

My question then: is Shadwell Park another name for King Edward VII Memorial Park or is it located within? The article doesn't make this clear. MarpoHarks (talk) 14:21, 13 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
