Bad faith[edit]

Gould was already red-linked in United States Ambassador to Luxembourg and United States Ambassador to the Netherlands, and should have been red-linked in Glenelg Country School. Mangoe (talk) 17:33, 26 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There was no bad faith involved; you didn't put a hangon tag on it last time. What makes the guy notable, in your opinion? --Orange Mike | Talk 17:46, 26 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed the passage on the King's Contrivance restaurant because my attempts at investigating the matter tend to suggest that it was incorrect. Gould apparently owned the restaurant before the Columbia Association came in, and it's not hard to imagine that he had something to do with its start. But what I've seen says that the name was taken, fancifully, from the grant to Rev. McGill. Can we get a clear cite on this?Mangoe (talk) 16:22, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
