Notability[edit]

I don't see anything notable about this person. Notability is not inherited and does not come thru marriage. Trustee of a foundation and founder of a meuseum, both of which don't have articles, doesn't seem to satisfy WP:N. However, I may be wrong, please comment. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 19:10, 13 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have managed to find a few independent sources that may assert notability. Please do not remove the tag from the page until all concerns are addressed. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 04:13, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
There are few sources such as her biography, economic times article about her museum (also name after her). These are enough to get the notability. But if you still have problem with the article, please particularly state it. The tag should be removed as it passes WP:NOTE (Significant coverage, Reliable, Sources, Independent of the subject, Presumed) TheSpecialUserTalkContributions 05:37, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
If there is significant coverage, then please add it here. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 06:03, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I think the notability issue has been sorted. I've added one more source, the article satisfies WP:GNG now, and I'll find more refs. I've also accordingly reworded the lead as mentioned below. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 08:56, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Lead rewrite[edit]

The lead needs to be rewritten. 'Wife of' must not be in the first statement, as it doesn't identify who the person is. Ideally, you could call her a philanthropist or an art collector of sorts, but I may be mistaken. Please help out. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 06:25, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There is stated in this article also about being a wife: Michelle Obama TheSpecialUserTalkContributions 06:34, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Michelle Obama is the First Lady of a state. Kiran Nadar is not. You can't apply the same here. Sorry. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 08:51, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Rewording  Done. -+-+Rsrikanth05 (talk) 08:54, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
