Rivets?

[edit]

I have removed the reference to rivets in the article, as I'd be very surprised if a ship of this size and age was riveted. All-welded structure is much more likely. I have looked through the accident report and haven't found any reference to rivets so far. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ms Metacentre (talkcontribs) 10:32, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

MV KIRKI Disaster

[edit]

Very sad when the three men who saved that vessel from destroying our Western Australian Coast line and all the reefs and marine animals and mammals, deserve to be recognised for their Perilous act of Bravery which they received the Star of Courage and the Bravery Citation should be respected for their Heroic actions. No, per WP:NFCC, non-free images may only be used in low-resolution versions. – Recoil16 (talk) 20:12, 29 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The resolution of the present image, which I uploaded, has already been automatically reduced by a bot. Bahnfrend (talk) 00:33, 30 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
