History added

I just added history from an old newspaper. The copy I have doesn't have a date or name of the newspaper, but it was probably the Atkinson County Citizen. It talks about having a school, but I think that the school closed before 1970. It also had a post office at the time, but it closed in 1954, so the newspaper article is older than that.
