History section[edit]

The history section has sucked up most of the other sections over time and has become unwieldy, with lots of subsections. Most of it need not be in a history section at all.

The first subsection is not historical at all, and only deals with the terrain and name of the village. I propose that the first and third subsections be broken out into their own section, titled "name", because they deal with the original name and change of name of the village.

I suggest that the second subsection more appropriately belongs under "events and popular culture", because it deals with a cultural event that gave rise to a common expression. 2A01:B340:61:4D19:B1D2:2C89:4AE5:D116 (talk) 23:59, 26 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
