Page Title

Just my personal opinion, but I think "Beer koozie" should redirect to "koozie", rather than the other way around, since a koozie can be used for more than just beer, such as soda or water. BucsWeb (talk) 01:31, 7 September 2008 (UTC)

This article was updated to reflect that the source cited referred only to the name "coosie." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.69.68.105 (talk) 03:07, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

The article should be renamed to "Beer Cozy" because that is the most common spelling. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.157.177.241 (talk) 23:09, 16 March 2010 (UTC)

Question

No mention of these being used in Ceremonial ship launchings? It seems they are used to contain the broken glass when the champagne bottle is smashed on the hull. Apparently, they are also mounted to commemorative plaques afterwards, which are given to the ship's sponsor. FYI - wolf 02:43, 1 September 2018 (UTC)
