the b_i are nonnegative integers. read R^n as R \oplus ... \oplus R, R(i) is the suspension of R to the ith degree, and R(i)^n probably means (R(i))^n [felixs/not logged in] 91.44.236.143 (talk) 11:51, 30 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
