Looks like copyvio

[edit]

Text of Wikipedia article is text of http://kupu.oscom.org/ .

Page says " ©2001-2006 OSCOM. Kupu Editor."

Since Kupu is open source it's possible that they wouldn't have a problem with this appearing on Wikipedia, but I don't know. Can anybody get in touch with OSCOM / Kupu development and get a yes/no? -- 201.78.233.162 14:19, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As the main developer of Kupu these days, I believe I can say it is alright to use the excerpt from the website which appears here (although I guess it could also do with some updating). DuncanBooth 08:34, 24 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Updated the text a bit, looks like this was originally copied from one of the (very old, and ad-like) text documents from the package. Removed some of the advertising, updated so it's more recent, too. As I'm not impartial, please review, I think I was factual enough, though... --JohnnydeBris (talk) 10:33, 19 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
