Also known as Lala–Parjan Sanctuary???

There is only one reference on the net that this sanctuary is indeed also known as Lala–Parjan Sanctuary. Could this be a mistake, if someone knows this fact to be correct please leave a comment here. If you have access to hard copy books/papers/notes.
