Aalesund ship = Kvalsundships?

[edit]

I can't find, outside of the referenced NY Times article from 1920, no info on the Aalesund ship in books, Google etc. I think this 1920 article describes the now known as "Kvalsundships" found in that same year.[1] [2] [3] [4] --Sonty567 (talk) 11:59, 28 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

As stated no less than 9 years ago, I can't seem to find much information to add to the infobox I added. Also perhaps a user more eloquent than myself in article writing could rephrase the article for clarity? "I'd rather have a German division in front of me than a French one behind me" - George S. PROD

[edit]

PROD concern is stated as "There is no evidence for the existence of this find. It does not exist now, and has never existed."
As noted by Sonty567 above, this appears to be the Kvalsund ship, found in 1920 in Møre og Romsdal County, in which Ålesund is the largest town.
Rather than deleting this article, it should be moved to Kvalsund ship and improved with the addition of content from the WP:no article. RebeccaGreen (talk) 11:14, 23 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I have moved the page, should have checked here before spending ages trying to work out how many ships were discovered in 1920 :/ --Pontificalibus 15:39, 23 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
